What is a digital vignette?

A digital vignette is a road toll linked to your license plate instead of a paper sticker. Once it's active, there's nothing to display on the windscreen; the system checks your plate directly.

How do I know which vignettes I need for my trip?

Enter your route in Travel Plan and we'll check every country along the way. If a country requires a vignette, we'll show it before checkout so you're not guessing at the border.

How does Travel Plan work?

Enter where you're driving from and where you're going. We'll identify the countries on your route where a vignette may be required and let you add them to one order.

Can I buy multiple vignettes in one order?

Yes. If your route needs vignettes for more than one country, you can add them all to a single order and pay once.

What happens if my route crosses several countries?

We check each country on your route separately, since vignette rules aren't the same everywhere. You'll see exactly which ones need a vignette before you pay.

When does my vignette become active?

This depends on the country. Some vignettes start immediately after purchase, others from a date you choose, and we'll show the exact activation date before you check out.

Can I change my license plate after placing an order?

Not after the vignette has been issued, since it's registered to that specific plate. Contact us before your trip if you've entered the wrong number and we'll help sort it out.

Do I need a vignette in every country I drive through?

Not always. Some countries don't require one at all, and it depends on the roads you use. Travel Plan only flags the countries where a vignette actually applies to your route.
